Kwanamo Relocation is a relocation consulting firm, not a licensed brokerage or apartment locator. Leasing and buying services are provided by independent, licensed Texas real estate agents. Mollyn is currently studying for her Texas real estate license.

Partnering you with trusted agents for buying
If you plan to buy, I partner you with a licensed Texas buyer’s agent I trust who knows the area you have chosen. The agent represents you in the purchase; I stay with you as your relocation guide.
Virtual tours and move-in coordination
Still out of state? I tour your shortlisted neighborhoods on live video, showing the streets, parks, stores and commute that photos never show, then help with move-in: utilities, internet, renter’s insurance, keys and a first-week checklist.

Hourly add-on: $85 per hour (1-hour minimum) for extra research, extra tour time or settling-in help, in any package or on its own.
Fees are for relocation consulting only. I do not locate or show specific rental units, negotiate leases or collect referral fees. Leasing and buying services come from independent, licensed Texas partner agents, who are typically paid by landlords or sellers.
