Who we are

Kwanamo Relocation is a relocation consulting firm owned by Mollyn Kwande. It is not a licensed real estate brokerage or apartment locator, and Mollyn is not currently a licensed real estate agent. She is studying for her Texas real estate license.

Licensed partners

When you need help leasing or buying, we partner you with independent, licensed Texas real estate agents. Those agents are responsible for their own brokerage services and will give you the Texas notices the law requires. You can verify any Texas license holder with the TREC license holder search.

Fair housing

Kwanamo Relocation follows federal and Texas fair housing laws. Neighborhood information on this site describes amenities, commute routes and public school districts; it never steers anyone toward or away from an area based on race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status or national origin.
